Through an aesthetic inspired by pre-Hispanic art—still present today in museums and historic sites—and conveyed with highly memorable graphics, we pay tribute to one of the most historic and culturally significant dishes in our heritage.

We have crafted a visual identity that honors the greatness and ingenuity of our culture with graphics rich in pre-Hispanic references and stories, paired with typography that evokes a sense of belonging and transports us to a familiar time and place.
